One bar: the back office (dark, runs itself, faintly pulsing) shrinks as the front office (bright-green, you selling) grows. A live "you are here" sits at today's progress. His own "flip the 80/20" line, his front-office gain, anchored to today. This is the spine, on-brand near-black.
